The Point at Nine Mile is located at the corner of Parker Road and Peoria Street. The community consists of sixty-three, well-appointed affordable apartments. Residents can enjoy a roof top lounge on the fourth floor with sweeping western and southern views of the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding area.
