Excellent location to everything. Dog park is inviting for fur babies' parents. Package Concierge system excellent. Apartments have lots of storage. Washer/Dryer Included. Valet Service is excellent. Next day maintenace on work orders. Friendly office staff . Beautifully kept grounds. Best deal in Charlotte and it's my 3rd time living here since 2011.

This place has wonderful people working here who genuinely care about the tenants and our satisfaction.
