You've nailed it - the apartment of your dreams. It's got it all - premo location, plenty of parking, reasonable rent, on-site gym...in a nutshell, it is the cream of the crop. You've looked at other places, but this is the one for you. Call it 'survival of the fittest. And where better to toast to your newfound abode than Darwin's Pub? Located on a side corner of the notorious 6th Street bar scene, Darwin's is close enough to easily access and off the beaten path enough to not be a mob scene. A large open-aired entrance offers a few tables in which to take in the 6th Street sights, and (apparently contrary to what the venue's namesake might have in mind) smoking is allowed. A dark, wooden interior keeps the vibe laid back, and the walls are dotted with a strange mingling of televised sporting events and stuffed animal heads (um, go bears?). Darwin's happy hour is fittingly the best of the best, and the food ain't bad either (try the Mediterranean wrap!). Pool tables and dart boards are also provided (don't poke your eye out and become an ironic statistic), with trivia contest also a constant. Who knows, maybe you'll prove yourself to be a king among nerds.
