Not approved but not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Including any mix of the breeds listed above.

Maximum weight of 40 pounds. There is a $175 deposit required per pet and an additional $175 non-refundable fee.

Restricted aggressive breeds may include the following: Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Pitbulls. All deposits and non-refundable fees must be paid prior to the resident moving to the community. Pets are defined as dogs and cats. For any aquarium over 10 gallons, the resident must provide proof of valid renter's insurance. Service animals will be accepted without breed, weight restrictions, pet deposits or fee. We Welcome Your Cats and Dogs Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply with a weight limit of up to 80 pounds per animal. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per home. There is a pet fee of $300.00 per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $15.00 per animal.

Maximum of two pets per apartment. Only domesticated, common household pets will be allowed. Aggressive dog breeds and exotic pets are not allowed. Aggressive dog breeds include, but are not limited to the following: Akita, American Bully, American Stafford Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinscher, Giant Schnauzer, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff and wolf. Any dogs with a bite history - $400 Fee

2 Pet Limit - We welcome most dogs, cats, small animals and exotic pets per local law. There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. We do not charge a pet deposit, but we do charge a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per cat & dog. Monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet....

3 Pet Limit - We are pet-friendly and welcome up to three pets per home. Large dogs are welcome with no weight limits, though select breed restrictions do apply. Please contact us for more details. $35/mo and $100 additional pet fee for second pet.
