Akita, Presa Canario, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Husky (American Husky, Eskimo Husky, Greenland Husky), Malamute (Alaskan Malamute), Mastiff (Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff), Bernese (Bernese Mountain, Bernese Cattle), Bull Dog (Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog) Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrids, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Karelian Bear Dog, Russo European Laika or any Laika breed.

2 Pet Limit - We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $200 pet fee( non-refundable) for the first pet, and $400 for 2 pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. Combined weight limit for pets cannot exceed 50 pounds , and aggressive breeds are prohibited.

2 Pet Limit - Resident is permitted up to two (2) animals, no visiting pets allowed. A non refundable pet fee in the amount of $400 will be assessed per pet. A fee of $250 will be assessed for any resident seen leaving pet waste. Updated shot records, vet information to include breed, and a picture of your pet is required for approval. Breed Restrictions apply. All animals must be approved by management prior to being brought to property. No visiting pets are allowed. $20 Monthly Pet Rent assessed per pet.
