    These apartments are a dump - the website is nothing like the community. Property is filthy and unkept. Managment is extremely nasty, unprofessional and horrible to deal with. Landscapers are awful - garbage and trash everywhere. Run!

  • Not the best

    This apartment complex is old and outdated. For the same pricing, you can find something much better and with amenities. The pool is constantly dirty and closed during pool season. The office doesn’t respond well and is a hot mess. You would be better off spending your money somewhere else.

  • There's a reason the price is so low for the area

    February 11, 2021
    Charged $100 fee for a single string of lights (never turned on) on the back patio, not visible to anyone else. Previously overlooked the cracks in the walls, ceiling, leaking bathtub, water damage near electrical fixtures (and everywhere else), mold, and trash all over the grounds because the management company (Hawthorne) was great to deal with. Sadly the new management company is the worst I have ever experienced and actually ripped peoples satellite dishes out after giving them a couple ...
    days notice and threw them in the trash. After 2 1/2 years here will definitely not be renewing our lease, truly horrendous management. More recently, a fenced off construction site was placed in 75% of the parking lot DIRECTLY in front of my apartment. Now one of us that works from home has to deal with noise from machinery, contractors screaming at each other throughout the day, and also hanging out near our back patio for some reason and making our dog freak out. Counting down the days until we can get out of here, already starting to pack.

We are making all efforts to clean up the property as a lot of the policies that should have been in place were not in place upon our arrival/take over of the community from the previous management company. We notified and reminded all residents of the community policies and provided all residents about 30 days to make changes. Unfortunately, residents that did not follow through with our request, we charged a fine of $100. Please know, we exhausted all forms of communication in hopes residents would abide by the policies. We also regret to hear you will not be renewing your lease. Please know, we are simply trying our best to make positive changes so you and all residents have a beautiful place to call home.   • Maintenance sub par AC unit constantly fail

    Location it’s OK, buildings very old and appliances and cabinets are horrible. Our AC unit is not working for over a week and the handy man hired by management is not able to fix it. He’s waiting for some part to arrive in the mail for over a week. The main problem is, outside temperatures are over 91 degrees and fans are only doing so much. Looks like management is trying to save money instead of hiring an AC professional to fix the problem.

  • Friendly Staff!

    I love this community! I just a short walk to Harris Teeter, Starbucks and more, a short drive to Shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. The manager is very kind. I recently has an issue with the refrigerator, so I complained to the manager, she quickly sent someone to check and understood the problem and within a couple of days I got a new refrigerator. Thanks to the manager for being so quick to solve the issue!

    First off the staff was great! I toured the property and I really like what I saw! The property was very well maintained and clean! Thats a BIG thing for me!!! The location is perfect for my commute to work. The 2 bedroom apartment I saw was really pretty. Absolutely loved it!

  • Great place!

    I will definitely bring my business to Quail Valley! The office staff is great. I don't think I could have received better customer service anywhere else. The 3 ladies in the office have a wonderful attitude and were so helpful to me. Even though the property is older the maintenance guys keep it up very well. No complaints here! I will definitely pick Quail Valley when I'm ready to move!

  • You get what you pay for

    Viewed the classic garden home, classic town-home and the renovated town-home. The location is great and the staff were very welcoming. The homes all seemed to be priced fairly. The renovated town-home was beautiful. The "classic" ones need to be updated badly. I felt like I had time traveled about 50 years back. I was afraid to touch anything for the fear that the building would fall apart. I would not recommend living in their "classic / old as dust" units. The traffic in the area seems like ...
    it could be a huge hassle also it seems like a place that would have a lot of pests due to it being located in a wooded area. It wasn't that bad just not my type ¯\_(-_-)_/¯
